Well , HCL has been passed on to the next generation. Ms Roshni Nadar, daughter of HCL Mr Shiv Nadar who is the founder, has been given the position of the Executive Director and CEO of HCL Corporation.

She has done MBA in Social Enterprise Management and Strategy @ Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

HCL has roughly 50 % share in HCL Technologies, which had revenues grossing to Rs 7,640 crore in 2008; and 44 % share in HCL Infosystems, which had revenues touching Rs 12,605 crore.

Ms Roshni returned from the US in October last, and has since been involved with the HCL Corporation before taking over Executive Director and CEO.
